Manon Lecor is the author of When Fear Is Gone (Cédalion) and Saving Freddie M. (House of Souillac). Born in Brittany, she now lives in Amsterdam, where she works and shares her daily life and writing journey with her 15,000 followers on Instagram.Her debut novel, When Fear Is Gone, supported by French Academy member and author Erik Orsenna, tells the story of burnout and a life transformation. Her second novel, loosely inspired by Freddie Mercury, blends humor, melancholy, and pop culture.Several of her short stories have been published in the literary magazine L’Hermine et la Plume. She is currently working on her third novel.Her inspirations include Françoise Sagan, Gaëlle Nohant, Coco Mellors, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
